OLIVE OIL

Buy the best virgin olive oil you can for any dish that you will taste the oil, for example a mozzarella & sliced tomato salad. Buy regular olive oil for dishes that the oil is one of many ingredients and will not be tasted. But both these oils can all stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Watch the oils for clarity. If they appear cloudy, they are becoming rancid and need to be thrown away.
